The ELT well cancellation and non-attendance policy will apply only once your booking or order has been processed and confirmed.
Confirmation will normally be sent to you within 48 hours of the booking or order being received by ELT well. This confirmation will be sent to you via the email address provided by you on your booking or order form.
Our cancellation charges are as follows:
If you cancel 14 calendar days or less before the date of the event, you will be charged 50% of the fee.
If you cancel 7 calendar days or less before the date of the event, you will be charged the full event fee.
We recognise that sometimes personal or professional circumstances make it impossible to attend an event that you have booked a place on. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have paid, you may choose one of the following options:
a) notify ELT well that you wish to cancel your booking (see cancellation policy above);
b) notify ELT well that you wish to transfer the place to a colleague from your organisation, subject to an amendment fee of £5.00 to cover administrative costs;
c) notify ELT well that you wish to defer your booking and attend a different event, at a later date, subject to negotiation.
We regret that if you fail to attend an event without notifying ELT well, full charges will apply.
In the unlikely event that ELT well has to cancel an event, an alternative date will be arranged. Participants who have paid but are unable to attend the alternative date will be given full refunds.
